Smoking, especially of cigarettes and other tobacco products, remains one of the key health issues of our generation. Whatever your smoking status may be, the stakes are high. So arm yourself with the pertinent quit smoking tips before proceeding to the next step.  It is your life - and that of others too - that is affected. The choice is all up to you. Think about it. But remember - in the case of smoking, when one were to know more about it, the more likely will one say "No more!" With the proper advice and support from your healthcare professional, it makes sense to stop smoking now.
